I have a cat/dog/ferret/alligator. Do you allow pets?
In most units we allow pets (cats or dogs only) for an additional charge. We also allow larger dogs in our single family homes and some apartments. Other animals such as caged hamsters, gerbils, mice, reptiles, etc are not allowed. Please ask for more information on our pet policy.

Does the monthly rental fee include utilities?
Some of our units do include heat and hot water and some senior-friendly units include everything but the phone. For all other rentals, the tenant covers the cost of all utilities.

Do you allow commercial and/or recreational vehicles to be parked on the property?
Yes, we allow currently registered and inspected commercial vehicles (pickup trucks, vans) of not more than 3/4 ton capacity. 

Do you have non-smoking units?
All our units are non-smoking.

Do you allow boats, trailers or campers?
No, we do not.

Do you shovel snow?
We handle snow removal for these properties: Kingsbury Townhouses, Whistleberry Commons, Lily Pond Apartments and Grosbeak Garden. For all  other units, the tenant is responsible for snow removal.
