I have a cat/dog/ferret/alligator. Do you allow pets?
In certain units we allow up to two pets (cats and dogs only), up to 20-lbs. (each) grown weight limit, for an additional charge of $20.00. We also allow larger dogs in some of our single family homes.

Will you run a credit check?
Yes, we verify all information and run a credit check routinely as part of every lease application.

Does the monthly rental fee include utilities?
Some of our units do include heat and hot water and some senior-friendly units include everything but the phone. For all other rentals, the tenant covers the cost of all utilities.

Do you allow commercial and/or recreational vehicles to be parked on the property?
We do not allow any commercial or recreational vehicles to be parked on the property.

Do you have any non-smoking units?
Yes, we have some units that are non-smoking.
