 I have a cat/dog/ferret/alligator. Do you allow pets?
Most of our units are pet-friendly, and we allow cats or dogs up to 20 lbs. for an additional charge. We also allow larger dogs in our single family homes and some apartments. Please ask for more information on our pet policy.
Does the monthly rental fee include utilities?
Some of our units do include heat and hot water and some senior-friendly units include everything but the phone. For all other rentals, the tenant covers the cost of all utilities.
Do you allow commercial and/or recreational vehicles to be parked on the property?
Yes, we allow currently registered and inspected commercial vehicles (pickup trucks, vans) of not more than 3/4 ton capacity.
Do you have any non-smoking units?
Yes, we have a variety of units that are non-smoking.
