Research
When we know your requirements we use the Cape Cod MLS listings as well as our own realtor network to develop a list of potential properties. Our experience and knowledge of the Cape Cod real estate market and local regulations also lets us address issues that may affect a transaction.
Property tours
Once research and fact finding are completed our brokers arrange property tours and offer their expertise during the visits.
The Offer
Our realtors will assist you in making an offer. Your agent will draft all necessary documents and arrange for property inspections, septic inspections and even assist with the mortgage process.
The Closing
We will coordinate all necessary documentation with attorneys, fellow brokers and municipalities in order to secure your transaction.
